How do I Retrieve a Lost MusicMatch Jukebox Upgrade Key? - key musicmatch jukebox 10.00.2058

I currently use MMJB version 10.00.4033 and has recently had to perform a system restore on my computer and I could install, but I lost my key MMJB upgrade, and when I click Help => Registration => Get Lost piece was to the address below which yielded a 404-page not found:
